Roy Swan
I have been through all phases of Real estate and business development over my years of experience. I was a HUD listing broker where I listed and serviced 40 to 80 homes a month in 1996 through 1998, I flipped hundreds of single-family residents. Owned multifamily units and commercial buildings.

Tarnya Swan
She has 30 years’ experience running a successful escrow office. She and Roy work as a team to protect you. We will be providing prompt, friendly and professional services to you as a property owner and your tenants. She understands that your property is an important investment in your future as well as ours. She not only strives to increase the value of your asset over time, but will also help you set the maximum rent possible so each month you grow in your investments.
Jesse Hernandez
Jesse Hernandez serves as the Executive Chairman and President of “International Real Estate Services”, also recognized as IRES®. Jesse, a local native raised in Southern California, co-founder of IRES®, began his career in 1990 as a Mortgage Lender Professional and later becoming the co-founder of International Mortgage and worked hand in hand with co-founder and partner, Mr. Roy Swan.
Together, they launched the real estate industry’s only full-service franchise, International Real Estate Services®, which streamlined the process of finding your home to funding your loan. Jesse, as the driving force of sales and the creative marketing Director, has spear headed the strategic direction for both IRES® and IMC Capital.

As VP of business development of International Real Estate Services, Danny Rosales places a premium on customer service, drawing on more than 15 years of experience and out-of-the box thinking to ensure that his team provides the best customer experience in the real estate business. He is constantly innovating and planning new ways for International Real Estate Services to grow – not only as a real estate brokerage, but as a cutting-edge, 21st century lifestyle company with a local presence. Danny Also serves as a board member for The Covina Rotary Club, K-9 Partners of Covina, and The California Association of Mortgage Professionals.
